Safe Shows for everybody

At White Label Expo and ExCeL, London we’re dedicated to delivering COVID secure shows to create a safe and secure environment to develop your business.

Following government guidance anyone wishing to enter White Label Expo will have to provide one of the below upon entering the venue*:

  1. Proof of immunity to COVID-19
  2. Proof of double vaccination
  3. Negative lateral flow test within 48 hours of attending

Failure to present one of the following will result in refusal of entry to the show.

A limited number of lateral flow tests will be available upon arrival, however these will be distributed on a first come first served basis.

*Please note this is the current government guidance and will continue to be reviewed, should the requirement for COVID passports be required we will update accordingly.

  • FORTEM COVID-19 Safety Measures

    • Proof of double vaccination, Covid-19 antibodies or negative lateral flow test (within the last 48 hours) will be required to gain entry.

    • Supporting testing and tracing. Events are one of the industries where the testing and tracing is most possible and efficient as we record all our exhibitors, visitors, staff, etc that have been onsite

    • Widening of aisles to create a safe distance, compliant with social distancing, including seating areas within seminar halls, masterclasses, and networking areas

    • Focusing on a digital approach before and at the event. With attendees having to pre-register to attend with contactless registration onsite to limit unnecessary contact with staff

    • Using digital credentials to limit touch points

    • Issuing best practices for visitors and exhibitors, such as avoiding shaking hands and sharing digital business cards

    • Installing additional informational signage inside the hall

  • The ExCeL COVID-19 Safety Measures

    • Proof of double vaccination, Covid-19 antibodies or negative lateral flow test (within the last 48 hours) will be required to gain entry.

    • Risk Assessment carried out to determine the measures that will need to be put in place.

    • Visitors are encouraged to wear a face covering inside the venue, unless you are exempt.

    • Social distancing throughout the venue, including central boulevard, circulation and networking spaces, toilets, lifts and cloakrooms to ensure the safety of everyone in the venue

    • Encouragement of personal hygiene, hand sanitiser will be present throughout the venue as support track and trace for all visitors entering the ExCel London

    • The ExCel Cleaning team have all been trained to a high level to meet the new cleaning procedures. All touch points, seating and meeting areas to be regularly cleaned and maintained

    • Ventilation will be increased, improving the circulation in line with the latest Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers guidance

    • Hospitality services will be in line with the Government guidelines, all working closely alongside the ExCel London
