Powder Blending

We have the ability to blend from 50kg up to 500kg of custom supplement blends per day with multiple ingredients, colours and flavourings. Our main blends consist of; protein powders, custom formulations and bulk powder formulations.

Utilising pharmaceutical grade 316 stainless steel three-dimensional oscillating mixers, we excel in achieving the optimal blend for bulk powders and blending solutions. Our advanced technology ensures thorough mixing of ingredients, resulting in a homogeneous blend without any hotspots.

All ingredients are pre-sieved prior to blending for enhanced checking of containments and standardising the particulate size for a homogenous blend.

Equipment is fully stripped and deep cleaned after use and is then visually inspected. Start-up of the next grade involves purging with customer approved material, then the purge is checked to verify that there is no cross-contamination.

We have extensive experience in the production of pre-workout blends and offer a full NPD service on these including taste testing and dosage checking. The reason we offer a New Product Development (NPD) service to maintain consistency in innovation and supplement existing product lines, ensuring that customers are delighted with the taste and consistency of the final product before we manufacture their product.
