Established in 1993, our company originated as Wuxi Branch of Jiangsu Huahong International Group Zhongding Holding Co., Ltd., formerly Wuxi Branch of Jiangsu Industrial Products Import and Export Group Co., Ltd., later renamed Wuxi Zehua Economic & Trade Co., Ltd. under Jiangsu Kaiyuan International Group, affiliated to the former Jiangsu Department of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.

Through 29 years of hard work and successive shareholding system reforms, we are now fully privately owned and have ranked among the top five export enterprises in Wuxi’s Liangxi District for consecutive years. Our core business covers self-operated export of socks, shoes and textile fabrics, supplemented by agency import and export of other merchandise. To sharpen global competitiveness, we invested in an internationally compliant sock manufacturing plant in Jiangyin in 2009, holding C-TPAT, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, WRAP and BSCI certifications, laying solid ground for partnerships with world-famous retailers and brand owners.

We rolled out three proprietary sock brands in 2016: Matin & Stan, Mixiwu and HanEn. Matin & Stan secured trademark registrations in the US, under the Madrid Agreement, Chile, Saudi Arabia and the UAE in 2020, and was recognized as a key international brand fostered by Wuxi City. In response to national policies, we have also developed new foreign trade channels including leading cross-border e-commerce platforms and mainstream global social media such as TikTok.
