he Yorkshire Candle Company began life in October 2014, when founder James McKennan set out to create candles that were produced locally and by hand where possible, using responsibly sourced materials and taking inspiration from the surrounding area of Yorkshire.

Since then, we've moved into larger premises, invested in new machinery, and expanded our product range significantly, while remaining loyal to our original goal of quality and craftsmanship. Every candle is still hand poured at our Yorkshire workshop using soy wax and responsibly sourced ingredients. 

Today, alongside our own award-winning fragrance collections, we offer private and white label manufacturing services to businesses of all sizes. Customers can choose from a wide range of stock fragrances and vessels, or work with our team on fully bespoke product development tailored to their brand. We offer flexible, low minimum order quantities to keep our services accessible to small and growing brands, while our investment in production capacity means we can also support large-scale contract manufacture of up to 50,000 units per month — combining the craftsmanship of our roots with the capability to grow alongside our partners.
