Brand values can be defined as the foundational beliefs that a company stands for. They refer to the “ideals'' '' guiding the brand''s actions, such as environmental protection, diversity, solidarity, or transparency, I will explore why brand values are crucial. Furthermore I will deep dive into diversity in advertising and how it allows consumers to see themselves within an ad campaign and to really connect. Rather than just sympathize with the actors in a commercial, when consumers see people who look and act like them, that shared experience translates to something stronger: empathy.
