Jim Frampton is a Non-Executive Director at I-Serve Group, with expertise in risk, finance, military capability, air resources and strategic planning. Before entering outsourcing, Jim served in the Royal Air Force and attained the rank of Group Captain, developing extensive experience in leadership, operational planning, resource management and risk-based decision-making. He has worked in outsourcing for eight years and draws on I-Serve Group's more than 25 years of English-owned and managed business experience. Jim helps organisations use flexible, bespoke remote teams to access specialist skills, control costs and improve operational resilience without the burden of recruiting and administering additional in-house staff.
