Session Title
Small Batch: A Better Way To Make Beauty
Session Description
Most beauty brands assume growth means bigger batches and outsourced production. Evolve took the opposite path, bringing manufacturing in-house and producing in small batches. In this session, Laura Rudoe shares why that choice has made the brand more innovative, more flexible and, surprisingly, more cost-effective, and how owning your supply chain underpins real ethical and quality standards.
