Luisa Nascimento is the founder of BLND, a marketing engineering agency, and has spent 15 years working at the intersection of marketing, technology and business transformation. Part of the generation that grew up offline but began their careers as digital became mainstream, she has helped companies and agencies adapt from traditional marketing to connected, data-led systems. Her experience spans global businesses operating across 50+ countries and sectors including retail, property, technology, e-commerce and consumer services. For the past five years, she has worked closely with retail, including outlet centres, where she has helped build customer journeys, loyalty programmes, CRM, automation and marketing intelligence. A self-described marketing 'octopus', Luisa combines strategy, creative thinking, data, systems and execution to turn fragmented marketing into something measurable, scalable and ready for AI.
