Nigel Plummer PhD obtained his doctorate in microbial physiology from the University of Surrey, UK, and then worked at Pfizer in antibiotic R&D. In 1994, Dr Plummer founded Cultech Ltd, a leading manufacturer of probiotics and other nutritional supplements, with a vision of a company driven by scientific research and innovation. Dr Plummer lectures extensively across the UK, Europe and North America. He is actively involved in research and has collaborated with numerous research institutes and universities across the UK and Europe and led development of the Lab4® Probiotics consortia over 30+ years, remaining committed to efficacious probiotic product development.
