About Ray Sherlock
Originally from Dublin, Ray came to Manchester in 2003 forging a career in beauty and fashion (working with the Wormser Group in Product Development and for Adidas as an International Buyer).
Ray started Engage Hub out of his living room in August 2015, having realised that there was a real need for an agency to produce fresh, creative and high impact social media and influencer marketing for brands. He’s at the heart of the Agency, knowing the ins and outs of every role and works relentlessly with his teams, navigating, nurturing and inspiring them through the good and the bad, to level up the Agency’s services and secure world-class clients.
He has overseen the expansion of the Agency into London whilst still being in the thick of it - contributing to key campaign ideas, leading innovation and developing ambitious strategies, like the radical four-day working week.
Since day one, Ray’s passion has been and still is creativity. He has installed this in the heart of the Agency inspiring the team to work, think and use their talents creatively. His vision is the key driving force behind Engage Hub and where Ray sees the Agency growing into a diverse, sustainable and healthy place for every person to work, create and thrive.
