Stephen Turner is an entrepreneur, investor and business leader with more than 25 years’ experience building, acquiring and scaling businesses. In 1999, he founded what would become Group55 with just £700, growing it into an international manufacturing group serving customers in more than 100 countries. Throughout his career, Stephen has worked with thousands of entrepreneurial businesses, interviewed founders from diverse backgrounds and invested in growing companies, giving him a unique perspective on the realities of business ownership.
As both an entrepreneur and investor, he has witnessed first-hand the opportunities, challenges and mistakes that shape commercial success. His experience spans manufacturing, consumer brands, innovation, leadership and growth strategy, as well as the practical realities of building organisations that can thrive beyond their founders.
