About Tom Wintle

Tom Wintle is a Category Lead at Temu UK, where he helps sellers grow their businesses through the platform's Local Seller Programme. As one of the first employees hired into the UK business, he has played a key role in the development and expansion of Temu's local-to-local strategy.

Prior to joining Temu, Tom led the Fashion category at TikTok Shop, helping scale one of the UK's fastest-growing e-commerce platforms during a period of rapid growth and adoption. His career spans marketplaces, retail technology, and digital commerce, giving him first-hand experience of how emerging platforms can create new growth opportunities for sellers. Tom regularly works with businesses of all sizes on marketplace strategy, platform growth, and e-commerce expansion.
